This package provides four visits per month, with a thorough interior and exterior inspection each time. We check for leaks, signs of damage, pests, or anything unusual- so you don't have to worry while you are away.

-Mail/package retrieval while on site

Key-Holder Service $75

We will safely store your keys and assist with allowing entry into your home for repairmen, inspections, deliveries, and more.
